As the Sales Enablement Director, you will play a critical role in the successful development, implementation and monitoring of enablement programs. The ideal candidate excels at communicating complex or technical topics in an understandable way to both the Lookout Sales team as well as our Partner community.  You will work cross-functionally driving Sales' priorities to best position Lookout's mobile security story, technology and platform advantages throughout the buyer’s journey. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
  • Manage implementation of Sales enablement resources and initiatives, including sales productivity tools (e.g. Sales playbook(s))
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product Marketing, and Management to deliver messaging and best practices that are aligned with Sales 
  • Development and measurement of key predictive performance metrics and indicators
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop sales tools that support the entire Sales process from lead creation to win/loss (e.g. demo's, video’s, presentations)

Qualifications:

  • Ten years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training required. Past experience selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams preferred. 
  • Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to boil down complex topics into clear and easily understandable message
  • Strategic, data-driven thinker who is able to use metrics and observation to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, delegate and prioritize.
  • Experience in the Security industry preferred. 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is available below. We offer base + bonus + equity + benefits.
