This role is a senior implementation leadership position focused on driving end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare technology and revenue cycle management solutions. You will oversee strategic client implementations, translating business and clinical workflows into scalable system designs that improve financial and operational outcomes. Acting as the key bridge between clients, product teams, SMEs, and offshore delivery groups, you will ensure seamless coordination and execution across all phases of implementation. The role combines solution architecture, program leadership, and hands-on delivery oversight in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. You will be responsible for ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to measurable performance goals. This position is highly impactful, directly influencing client success, revenue performance, and operational efficiency.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead enterprise-grade healthcare implementations from design through go-live, ensuring strong governance, cross-functional alignment, and successful delivery of revenue cycle management solutions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation planning, solution design, configuration oversight, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization
- Facilitate client workshops to define requirements, validate workflows, and translate business needs into system configurations
- Oversee offshore and cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring quality, prioritization, and timely execution of configuration and build activities
- Partner with product, engineering, SMEs, and PMO teams to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
- Ensure implementation quality through structured QA, testing validation, and defect management processes
- Manage project risks, scope changes, timelines, and budgets while maintaining delivery accountability
- Drive measurable client outcomes such as improved revenue cycle performance, operational efficiency, and denial reduction
- 10–15+ years of experience in healthcare IT, EHR, or revenue cycle management implementations
- 5+ years in solution design, implementation leadership, or solution architecture roles in client-facing environments
- Strong experience with enterprise healthcare systems such as Epic, Cerner Millennium, or similar platforms
- Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management processes including front, mid, and back-office workflows
- Proven ability to translate complex clinical and operational workflows into scalable system designs
- Experience managing distributed teams, including offshore configuration, testing, and deployment resources
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills across executive and operational audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
