Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a multi-year manufacturing and supply chain strategy aligned with enterprise transformation goals
- Define and implement modernization roadmaps, including automation, digital tools, and advanced performance management systems
- Evaluate and optimize manufacturing footprint, vertical integration opportunities, and make-versus-buy strategies
- Partner with senior leadership to align capital investments, workforce capabilities, and operational priorities
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to enhance agility, scalability, and operational excellence
- Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to track transformation progress and ensure alignment
- Lead operational due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement next-generation manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, analytics platforms)
- Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing strategy, operations leadership, or transformation roles within industrial or energy sectors
- Proven track record in designing and executing multi-site manufacturing or supply chain modernization strategies
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-integration planning
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, digital operations, and capital investment planning
- Excellent analytical and financial skills, with the ability to build and assess business cases
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
