This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping the future of manufacturing and supply chain operations within a complex industrial environment. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a multi-year manufacturing and supply chain strategy aligned with enterprise transformation goals
  • Define and implement modernization roadmaps, including automation, digital tools, and advanced performance management systems
  • Evaluate and optimize manufacturing footprint, vertical integration opportunities, and make-versus-buy strategies
  • Partner with senior leadership to align capital investments, workforce capabilities, and operational priorities
  • Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to enhance agility, scalability, and operational excellence
  • Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to track transformation progress and ensure alignment
  • Lead operational due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement next-generation manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, analytics platforms)
  • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
    • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing strategy, operations leadership, or transformation roles within industrial or energy sectors
    • Proven track record in designing and executing multi-site manufacturing or supply chain modernization strategies
    • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-integration planning
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, digital operations, and capital investment planning
    • Excellent analytical and financial skills, with the ability to build and assess business cases
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
    • Strategic mindset with a balance of long-term vision and practical execution
