This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP Product based in the United States.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of global product strategy and execution in the payments space.
You will define and drive the product roadmap across multiple international markets and customer segments.
The role combines strategic vision with hands-on product leadership, ensuring ideas translate into shipped solutions.
You will work closely with engineering, sales, and professional services to align priorities and deliver customer value.
A key part of the mission is enabling scalable payment solutions through expanded processor connectivity.
You will also play a visible role in pre-sales conversations, shaping commitments and influencing deals.
This position offers strong visibility with senior leadership and real influence over the company’s product direction.
Accountabilities:
- Own and evolve the global product roadmap, defining 3–6 month and 6–12 month plans aligned with market and customer needs across regions.
- Translate complex regulatory, commercial, and technical requirements into clear, prioritized product initiatives for engineering delivery.
- Drive end-to-end product execution, ensuring timely delivery of payment applications and features across global markets.
- Identify and prioritize processor and partner integrations that unlock new revenue opportunities and market expansion.
- Collaborate closely with sales and presales teams to support client conversations, scope solutions, and validate feasibility.
- Align engineering and professional services around delivery priorities, resolving trade-offs and maintaining execution momentum.
- Significant experience in product leadership roles within payments, fintech, or B2B technology environments.
- Strong understanding of global payments ecosystems, including processors, acquirers, PSPs, and merchant environments.
- Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder product roadmaps and delivering at scale.
- Comfortable engaging in presales and customer-facing discussions with the ability to balance ambition and feasibility.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value and vice versa.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including collaboration, energy, curiosity, and a strong focus on team success.
