What You’ll Do

  • Be the marketing team’s product expert by learning our products inside and out and maintaining knowledge of user experience. 
  • Own, develop, execute and maintain a revenue generation and product engagement strategy for Corvee’s tax planning product for tax advisors and taxpayers and include a mix of triggered, targeted and broad educational campaigns across various channels using a Customer Engagement Platform (Braze, Iterable, etc)
  • Create and maintain engagement campaigns for the entire customer journey from signup/free trial through expansion, loyalty and advocacy.
  • Create and execute new feature and strategy update launch plans by staying in close communication with Product, Tax, Engineering & Support teams. 
  • Drive customer expansion, loyalty, and advocacy efforts by driving positive reviews on various platforms.
  • Manage referral platform and campaigns to encourage referral revenue generation.
  • Study customer usage and engagement data in all stages of the customer engagement lifecycle to constantly identify bottlenecks, gaps, and areas for improvement, and execute on them.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure front-end marketing is matching back-end experience, provide guidance for front-end marketing campaigns. 

What You Need to Get the Job Done

To be successful here at Corvee, you should possess the following:

  • Relevant experience and comparable past performance at a high-growth/ high-volume PLG software company.
  • A proven track record of owning and being accountable for a growth number for a segment of the business (examples include conversion rate from free trial to paid, paid user to expansion, etc.)
  • A proven track record of delighting customers and creating successful marketing programs aimed at increasing customer engagement.
  • An All-In mentality and skillset - willingness to write content, deploy, help get a new internal software launched, etc.
  • Strong communication skills without fear of overcommunication. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Preferred experience working with or the desire and willingness to learn the following applications: Blaze or Iterable, Friendbuy or Talkable, Salesforce, Tableau.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects/campaigns at once with a positive attitude and under tight deadlines.
  • You are self-directed, fast-paced, and hardworking with a can-do attitude and desire to out-work and out-learn the competition.
  • You are able to use good judgment and reasoning skills to ensure you’re putting forth the best possible work you can.
