The Position:
The Director of Data Marketing Services will report to our Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for:
- Managing the full-cycle sales process, from sourcing an opportunity to close, while presenting Brand Network’s value in data marketing and audience exchange services based on the client’s needs
- Generate revenue from new and existing business from brands/agencies, selling specialized unique data to execute digital media campaigns
- Call on targeted global and mid-sized agencies and brands
- Secure global and mid-sized accounts
- Manage a large and diverse pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborating with product team and leadership to help refine the product offering
- Work closely with our leadership team and our client services team to understand trends and develop opportunities
A successful candidate will have many of the following characteristics:
- Experience in selling services and solutions to mid-sized and global agencies and brands
- 5+ years of social, digital, mobile, or relevant data-driven advertising sales experience with strong existing relationships at the agency and brand level
- An entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated with previous experience bringing innovative products or services to market
- Demonstrated ability to consistently close new business and meet or beat sales goals
- Superior communication skills, including face-to-face presentations, phone and email
- Confident knowledge of the ad/data tech sales landscape
- Bachelor's degree
