Job description

Team: Account Executive

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales, Payments in United States.

This role sits within a fast-scaling revenue organization focused on expanding enterprise adoption of cutting-edge digital payments and crypto-enabled financial infrastructure. You will be responsible for driving new business growth across complex enterprise accounts, shaping high-impact sales strategies, and positioning API-based solutions that modernize how organizations move and manage money. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will uncover client needs, translate them into tailored value propositions, and lead high-value deal cycles from prospecting through close. The environment is highly dynamic, requiring a strong hunter mindset, curiosity for fintech and crypto innovation, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-growth setting. You will also collaborate closely with product and technical teams to influence roadmap priorities based on market feedback. This is a remote-first position with significant exposure to strategic accounts and global opportunities.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive enterprise revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across payments and digital asset infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead pre-sales discovery conversations, deliver tailored executive-level presentations, and position API-based offerings to solve complex client challenges.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing of high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise contracts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking using CRM systems, ensuring strong data discipline and reporting.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and inform product development based on customer feedback.
  • Represent the organization in strategic client meetings and industry conversations, with willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven success in enterprise sales, preferably within fintech, payments, SaaS, or crypto-related environments, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close large-scale commercial agreements.
    • Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, digital payments, crypto markets, and emerging financial technologies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives using tools such as Google Slides, Figma, or Lucidchart.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
    • Proactive “hunter” mentality with the ability to independently source and develop new enterprise opportunities.
    • Benefits:

      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, with near full premium coverage for employees (U.S.-based)
      • Vision and dental insurance (U.S.-based)
      • Equity participation opportunity
      • Paid maternity and paternity leave after eligibility period
      • WeWork All Access membership for flexible workspace access
      • Remote work flexibility with annual work-from-home stipend
      • Learning and development stipend after eligibility period.
