This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a seasoned enterprise sales professional with deep expertise in financial services and digital assets. You will drive high-impact sales initiatives targeting large institutions across wealth management, brokerage, and financial services, helping them adopt next-generation financial infrastructure. Accountabilities:

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across enterprise financial institutions
  • Drive the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand presence within wealth management, brokerage, and financial institutions
  • Lead RFP processes, proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with high-value clients
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demand
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and innovation
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders and ecosystem players
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales within brokerage, trading, capital markets, or financial services
    • Strong understanding of financial market structures, trading systems, and risk management practices
    • Experience or strong interest in cryptocurrency and digital asset ecosystems
    • Proven track record of building and expanding relationships with institutional clients
    • Demonstrated success in driving new business and exceeding revenue targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
