About the Role

The Director of International Customer Acquisition will be responsible for the overall profitability of the paid customer acquisition channel across multiple geographies. In this role, you will utilize your strategic, data-driven mindset to turn business strategy into impact and growth. You will have experience leading global teams and will be passionate about managing and developing a diverse team of managers and analysts. Using your decision making and analytical skills, you will prioritize and act on opportunities and issues. In this role you will be expected to advance our thinking when it comes to growth strategy and will be responsible for hitting growth targets. The Director is highly resourceful, leads through influence, and can bring clarity to complex, ambiguous problems.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, develop, and motivate a team of account managers responsible for paid search accounts across multiple geographies
• Define and develop the strategy and vision to execute the strategic customer acquisition plan and roadmap
• Grow the profitability of our paid customer acquisition channel
• Proactively analyze performance data and provide insightful interpretation and action plans based on conclusions

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience working in customer acquisition/growth
• 6+ years managing and leading teams
• Experience managing an international and remote workforce is highly preferred!
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing large U.S. and/or European accounts
• Knowledge of paid advertising bidding strategies
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Highly knowledgeable in Google, Bing, and Yahoo Ads
• Proficiency in Google analytics
• Skilled in managing search engine keywords at scale
• Knowledge or skilled in Python
• Strong understanding of data analytics and approaches
• Knowledge of experiment design and hypothesis testing (e.g., A/B testing)
• Advanced Excel skills or other databases (e.g., SQL)
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• A demonstrated track record of delivering superior insight using data

Work Environment

JustAnswer US has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations. Some teams do occasionally have the option to meet in-person for teaming, collaboration, or social events.
