This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can design scalable systems, improve service delivery performance, and elevate IT as a strategic business enabler. It is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and is motivated by building resilient, modern IT ecosystems from the ground up.
Accountabilities:

- Design and optimize IT infrastructure strategy across cloud and enterprise systems, including AWS, Google Workspace, Azure, and M365 environments.
- Drive automation-first transformation across IT operations, including onboarding, ticketing, provisioning, and SaaS management workflows.
- Partner closely with security leadership to translate cybersecurity policies into operational IT controls and ensure vulnerability management and compliance readiness.
- Oversee ITSM processes, asset management, and incident workflows using platforms such as Jira Service Management.
- Lead and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Define and track IT performance metrics including SLAs, patch compliance, automation ROI, and service efficiency.
- Manage IT budgets and SaaS portfolios, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency without compromising capability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure IT systems scale with evolving business needs and operational demands.
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations, including at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing IT in remote-first or distributed environments, ideally supporting 200+ users.
- Strong expertise in IT service management platforms such as Jira Service Management or equivalent tools.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management and RMM tools (e.g., Kaseya or similar platforms).
- Deep knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including enterprise configuration and device management.
- Familiarity with cloud and enterprise systems such as AWS, Azure, M365, IAM, SSO, and VPN technologies.
- Experience implementing device lifecycle management, asset tracking, and IT procurement processes at scale.
- Strong automation mindset with experience using AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make).
- Ability to write or review scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for IT operations and automation use cases.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining IT KPIs and operational dashboards.
- Competitive salary range of $130,000–$160,000 annually.
- Fully remote work environment within the United States.
- Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with matching contributions and wellness support programs.
- Health and employee assistance programs supporting mental health and wellbeing.
- Opportunity to lead IT transformation in a high-growth, cloud-first organization.
- Strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Access to modern tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Meaningful impact on critical business systems supporting large-scale production and entertainment workflows.
