The Director of IT position is a strategic role we are implementing at Medely that will directly impact Medely’s ability to support our hyper-growth across the entire organization. This person will be responsible for building our company Helpdesk in addition to setting policy around security, improving our new employee onboarding procurement, and providing superior support to our internal employees.
Job Responsibilities (may include but is not limited to)
Hire and manage a team of Helpdesk associates.
Manage our Google Workspace account.
Review and scale software procurement and management processes for company-wide tooling.
Revise and establish a scalable process for onboarding new employees. This includes making sure we have equipment on hand, managing our relationships with Apple and other technical partners.
Make sure new employees have everything IT related by their first day to ensure new employees have a successful onboarding with Medely
Build Medely’s IT Helpdesk, SLAs for solving IT issues, refine processes for placing/opening new support tickets
Help the company build a proper use policy, identify and stay on top of potential security threats
Help build out company-wide onboarding guides for our LMS system to make sure new employees are able to get the support they need
Manage our VoIP Phone systems and the various integrations within
Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT.
3+ years managing a team, ideally with experience managing managers.
Experience managing Google Workspace.
Experience managing ticketing systems and SLAs.

Compensation Range: $153K - $188K
