  • Partner closely with engineering, design, QA, audiology, and customer experience teams to execute the product roadmap and maintain a strong, data-informed backlog.
  • Use quantitative analytics and qualitative user research to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously refine product direction.
  • Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, grooming, and cross-functional coordination to improve delivery efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and compliance stakeholders to ensure adherence to FDA requirements and quality system standards.
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing strategies to support hypothesis-driven product development and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders across the broader ecosystem to align product direction and share roadmap vision.
  • Ensure mobile experiences integrate seamlessly with connected devices and supporting hardware ecosystems.
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on mobile applications.
    • Proven experience building and scaling connected products, ideally involving Bluetooth or wireless technologies in consumer electronics or wearable devices.
    • Strong background working with cross-functional engineering teams across mobile, hardware, and firmware environments.
    • Deep experience with agile product development, backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and sprint execution.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Amplitude, Segment, or similar platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
    • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven product development.
    • Strong user empathy with the ability to translate customer needs and feedback into product direction.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
    • Comfortable operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments, ideally with exposure to healthcare or FDA-regulated products.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation package with a target annual salary range of $170,000 – $200,000
      • Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan
      • Paid vacation, holidays, and parental leave
      • Flexible working model with emphasis on results and collaboration over strict schedules
      • Opportunity to work on impactful, mission-driven products improving real-world healthcare experiences
      • Access to a global, innovative organization focused on intelligent audio and connectivity solutions
      • Inclusive culture supporting professional growth, learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
