This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional with deep expertise in manufacturing services, operations, and business development. In this role, you will lead the strategic growth of Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) and Product Development (PD) services across a fast-paced and innovation-focused environment. You will oversee revenue growth initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality service solutions. The position combines strategic planning, operational leadership, and customer engagement to drive long-term business value. You’ll work closely with commercial, engineering, and operational stakeholders while shaping go-to-market strategies and improving service delivery performance. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about helping organizations innovate faster and more efficiently.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the overall strategy, growth, and P&L management for MRO and PD Services, ensuring profitability, customer retention, and long-term market expansion.
  • Identify and develop new service-based business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets to support revenue diversification.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to position service offerings as strategic differentiators in the marketplace.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise customers, OEMs, distributors, and technology partners.
  • Oversee operational execution by implementing scalable service delivery processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
  • Translate customer insights and market feedback into actionable improvements, new service concepts, and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization, digital enablement, and lifecycle support initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within manufacturing, industrial services, supply chain, or B2B technology environments.
    • Proven track record of growing service-based revenue streams and managing P&L responsibilities successfully.
    • Strong understanding of MRO operations, product development services, customer lifecycle management, and operational strategy.
    • Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, business modeling, and financial analysis.
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic alignment between commercial and operational functions.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.
