This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of North America, Pre-Sales Platform Specialists in the United States.

In this senior leadership role, you will guide a high-performing organization of pre-sales product specialists responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies across North America. You will lead through multiple layers of management, mentoring leaders who support technical and solution-focused teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role plays a critical part in aligning product strategy with customer needs while ensuring operational excellence across a large, high-impact regional team. You will act as a key advisor in executive discussions, influencing direction, priorities, and cross-functional alignment. The environment is highly dynamic, requiring strong leadership maturity, adaptability, and a balance of strategic vision with hands-on execution oversight. This is a visible role with significant influence on regional growth and global collaboration. You will help scale leadership capability while ensuring consistent delivery and performance across teams.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop a team of managers overseeing North America pre-sales platform specialists, ensuring high performance and leadership growth
  • Mentor and support leaders in designing and executing innovative, customer-facing technical solutions
  • Drive alignment across product, sales, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to support go-to-market execution
  • Represent the North America pre-sales organization in executive leadership forums and strategic discussions
  • Ensure operational stability, continuity, and performance during periods of growth, transformation, and change
  • Define and scale repeatable processes, frameworks, and best practices for pre-sales execution
  • Strengthen organizational capabilities and support continuous improvement across teams and functions
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in technology or SaaS environments, including leadership roles managing managers or multi-layered teams
    • Proven experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, product specialist, or related technical customer-facing leadership roles
    • Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders at multiple organizational levels
    • Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, solution architecture, and cross-functional execution in matrixed environments
    • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
    • Strong organizational and program management capabilities in fast-paced, high-growth environments
    • Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise software, or platform-based solutions preferred
    • Ability to drive business outcomes through structured leadership, planning, and execution
