Accountabilities:

  • Define and lead the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Drive AI-first product innovation by delivering intelligent, data-driven capabilities that simplify workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to manage product execution through Agile/SAFe methodologies, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to product performance, customer engagement, monetization, and growth, using experimentation and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead customer discovery initiatives, gather market insights, and validate product opportunities through direct stakeholder engagement and feedback loops.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team while fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Ensure product trustworthiness through strong governance practices related to compliance, security, fraud prevention, and data management.
  • Contribute thought leadership around industry trends, AI adoption, and evolving customer expectations within socially focused technology ecosystems.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading and developing product teams in SaaS environments.
    • Proven success delivering AI/ML-powered product capabilities, including generative AI or intelligent automation features.
    • Strong background in product strategy, roadmap development, customer discovery, and Agile/SAFe product delivery frameworks.
    • Demonstrated expertise in analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments with strong understanding of governance, risk management, and security principles.
    • Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial objectives while driving measurable business growth.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive audiences.
    • Intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on mindset for solving complex business and product challenges.
    • Experience in payments, financial operations, CSR technology, or social impact platforms is highly valued.
