As Director of Product, Emerging Products, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform and products and serve as the driving force for our new product categories.

• Lead a team of talented Product Managers to drive the development and execution of our product roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including general managers, engineers, designers, and operations, to ensure successful product launches
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and inform data-driven decisions
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $180,000 - $215,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
