Director of Product | Feeds and Browse Experiences

We are looking for a senior leader with an entrepreneurial streak to help LTK grow the flywheel where audiences engage with creators in the most inspiring ways and instantly shop the styles. This requires creating innovative user experiences that are deeply personalized and balance showing content that is inspiring and maximizes monetary outcomes for our creators. In this role you will reimagine the feed experience from scratch, build an exceptionally inspiring product vision, evangelize across the company, a product strategy that maximizes building and learning fast

and partner closely with cross functional teams including engineering, design, researchers, content/ creator teams, data analysts, AI/ML engineers and data scientists. You will start as an entrepreneur, move fast, and over time will be responsible for building a high functioning product team at scale. 

What you’ll do:

• Lead defining the vision & strategy for feeds and browse experience across the LTK app to deliver the most inspiring and personalized creator content to our user’s feeds
• Lead analyses of the competitive environment and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive user value on LTK.
• In this role you will partner closely with cross functional teams including engineering, design, researchers, content/ creator teams, data analysts, AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Drive product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements
• Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
• Evangelize Feed to internal stakeholders, creators and executives

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role
• Consumer internet product experience
• Experience with AI applied to solve concrete user problems and/or to help users discover relevant information, while also keeping up to date with latest AI/ML technologies
• 0 -> 1 product experience
• Experience with Mobile Interfaces
• Managerial experience with a product management team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior news feed experience (this could include working on products involving personalization and discovery)
• Prior marketplace and content experience is a big bonus
• Proven experience building delightful mobile products from the ground up
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to LTK
• Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences at executive level
• Ideal candidate understands building meaningful habit-forming products, social platforms,  who is creative, design-oriented.
• BS/BA degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
