We are adding a Director-level Product Management role to oversee the product vision and strategy for how teams ideate, plan, and align visually in the Lucid Suite. The right candidate will have a passion for delivering delightful user experiences and a track-record of moving engagement and retention metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers
• Work with internal partners (UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to set and execute strategic initiatives
• Become an expert in our customers, their motivations, goals, and needs
• Become a thought leader and evangelist for Lucid’s visual productivity solutions
• Deliver on key business outcomes measured by top level business metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in product management at great product companies (ideally, great B2C and B2B product companies)
• Experience leading product managers greatly preferred
• Track record of improving user retention, user engagement, NPS and other metrics that measure user experience
• Deep understanding of the application of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to drive decisions
• Deep testing expertise
• Great design sense
