Director of Product Management - Data Integration
Job Description
We’re looking for a Director of Product Management - Data Integration with deep integration domain experience that will be focused on owning and evolving the data integration capabilities of the integrator.io platform.
Success is executing and expanding Celigo’s data integration capabilities to deliver differentiated value to our customers and partners and to drive incremental revenue. The role will help accelerate Celigo’s sales and simplify customer adoption of Celigo’s solution and services for data integration.
What would you do, if hired?
- Refine and execute our data integration strategy
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform roadmap, pricing/bundling, services offerings, etc.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in Customer Success, Engineering, Product Marketing, etc. to ensure a successful rollout of our data offerings
- Own the full lifecycle of relationships with data integration technology partners, including defining evaluation criteria, running evaluations, supporting negotiations, aligning and influencing roadmaps, establishing contingency plans, and reporting on the health of such relationships to the Celigo leadership team.
- Represent Product team in launch activities to ensure data integration offerings are delivered successfully to market
- Lead product team, including PMs, engineers, writers, and designers, to support execution of our data integration strategy
Who are we looking for?
- 10+ years Product Management / Product Marketing experience in the technology and business of data integration
- Understanding of the competitive market, including leading vendors and market trends in data integration and data warehousing
- Familiarity with technology partnerships, with demonstrated ability to own such partner relationships
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: APIs, ETL, ESB, or iPaaS
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with prospects, existing customers, and partners.
- Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Scale Information :
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $220,000 - $250,000 for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
