Quickbase is transforming how companies see, connect, and control the complex projects that are reshaping our world. As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a Director of Product Marketing, Insights to join our team and help us evangelize our vision, value proposition, roadmap, and competitive differentiation.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the messaging and positioning efforts while executing our strategy to establish Quickbase as a market leader in the Work Management space. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success, solutions, and the rest of the marketing team, you will shape and execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our platform.
How you will make an impact
ยท Messaging & Positioning: Lead messaging and positioning efforts, ensuring consistent and compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
ยท Market Insights: Leverage market research and insights to identify opportunities, guide product positioning, and inform effective product marketing strategies, messaging, and go-to-market plans for a unique value proposition.
ยท Analyst Relations. Drive execution of our analyst relations strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders and manage all AR operations to support a consistent drumbeat of strategy days, briefings, inquiries, and other analyst activities.
ยท GTM Enablement: Lead development of analyst briefing decks, and GTM enablement assets with the most current market research, trends, and commentary from analysts and industry thought leaders in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
ยท Product Roadmap: Provide market insights and guidance to product teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring market fit, while proactively evangelizing the product roadmap to industry analysts and internal GTM teams for clear positioning and understanding.
ยท Demand Gen Support: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with the demand generation team to create impactful content, webinars, and events.
ยท Support External Comms and Thought Leadership: Evangelizing Quickbase's story and our expertise in the future of work, productivity, and complex project management, while providing strategic guidance and collaboration with PR, blog, and social media teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated communications approach in the marketplace.
About you
- You have 8 to 10 years of Product Marketing experience at B2B Enterprise SaaS software companies (familiarity with no-code/low-code or Project management software is a major plus).
- You love storytelling and driving enterprise strategic vision and thought leadership within the global analyst community.
- You are passionate and committed to developing effective, long-standing relationships.
- You take ownership, are accountable, and have excellent project management skills.
- You are a thoughtful and detail-oriented communicator, providing polished verbal and written communications.
- You hold yourself and cross-functional stakeholders accountable for providing the highest quality of work possible.
- You have a solid understanding of integrated marketing and how to incorporate market insights into demand generation campaigns.
- You can partner closely with PR and blog/social media managers to drive integrated communications in the marketplace.
- You are curious and have a growth mindset.
- You flourish in ambiguity and can make quick, thoughtful decisions.
