Position Summary:
As a Director of Program Management you will join a world-class Strategy & Operations (S&O) team composed of creative passionate collaborative and innovative individuals. Our team plays a crucial role in the organization by enhancing capabilities and fostering innovation through business governance strategic operations business intelligence and corporate development. We aim to create a competitive advantage and develop a roadmap to achieve short mid and long-term goals driving success and growth at Pax8.
Role Summary:
The role will work closely with the VP of Value Management engage as a member of the S&O leadership team and lead a team of project and program management professionals to deliver program components. Key areas of focus will be to drive consistency alignment and portfolio prioritization management. Success is measured by the functions’ aligned initiatives on qualitative and quantitative metrics driven by the Strategic Consultant Directors.
Essential Responsibilities:
Leadership and Development : Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for delivery program components. Ensure team meeting KPIs and standard level of performance. Foster teaming collaboration career growth and continuous improvement. Lead skills development program (job rotation and shadowing).
Strategic Portfolio Planning : Designs develops and manages the portfolio/program / project operating model and prioritization model. Develops and drives global best practices and standards that will improve productivity investment decision-making and realize targeted business outcomes. Globally inspire project management frameworks tooling and methodology to create consistent outcomes.
Stakeholder Management : Identifying engaging and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program alignment success. Dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of program stakeholders and customers delivering value and ensuring satisfaction.
Budget and Resource Planning : Managing program budgets financial resources and cost control to ensure programs are delivered within financial constraints.
Ideal Skills Experience and Competencies:

At least five (10) year management experience

At least seven to ten (7-10) years project/program management experience

Collaboration : Strong influence management skills with the ability to work cooperatively at all levels in a matrix environment to build and maintain positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals. Gain understanding of the roles and responsibilities of cross- functional project teams and functional management

Communication and Influence : Excellent communication skills and interpersonal/team effectiveness – ability to succinctly and accurately communicate to various levels of management and employees

Budgeting and Financial Management: Exceptional analytical strategic planning organization and time management skills to effectively execute project plans and budgets

Required Education & Certifications:

B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Certifications in project/program/portfolio management required
Compensation:
-
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $140000 to $175000 or more depending on experience.
