What you'll do:
- Own the entire sales engine:Â From strategy and pipeline development to coaching and closing deals, you'll be the captain of our revenue ship.
- Build a high-performing sales team:Â You'll recruit, hire, and nurture a team of A-players who share your passion and hunger.
- Craft an irresistible go-to-market strategy:Â You'll analyze the market, identify the perfect customer, and design a watertight plan to reach them.
- Become our champion storyteller:Â You'll translate our complex product into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
- Negotiate like a pro:Â You'll close deals that leave everyone feeling like they won, even when you're the one popping the champagne.
- Analyze, adapt, and conquer:Â You'll be data-driven but not data-blind, constantly iterating and optimizing your strategy for maximum impact.
What you bring:
- 8+ years of experience leading and scaling sales teams, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment dealing with enterprise sales.
- A proven track record of exceeding targets and driving explosive revenue growth from lead to closing.
- A deep understanding of the media landscape, the competitive ecosystem, and the customer's pain points.
- A killer instinct for go-to-market strategy:Â You can sniff out opportunities from a mile away and craft winning plans to capitalize on them.
- Leadership charisma:Â You inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Exceptional communication skills:Â You can pitch to investors, charm customers, and coach your team with equal fluency.
- A relentless drive and an adventurous spirit:Â You thrive on ambiguity, embrace challenges, and never settle for the ordinary.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience building and scaling sales teams from scratch.
- Are a whiz with sales technology and automation tools.
- Speak the language of marketing and product development fluently.

You Are: Â
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience Â
- 10+ years’ experience in technical product sales Â
- Eagerness to work in a collaborative team environment where you can make a meaningful contribution with your work Â

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The annual salary in total for this position is between $175,000 - $225,000 for this position. The actual total pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus and equity. Â
