This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office. The specified high value hybrid days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Support and partner with our sales and cross-functional leaders to develop, implement and maintain a sales enablement framework for both on-boarding & seller certification

  • Create a robust strategy designed to educate sellers on sales enablement’s key objectives including overcoming objections, negotiations, effective sales process implementation, system utilization, accurate forecasting, etc. 

  • Utilizing a learning management system, develop a course/learning framework, building out a repository of learning content/lessons designed to drive sales success

  • Utilize AI/Predictive analytics, create a framework to identify areas for seller improvement/effectiveness to facilitate more robust & proactive performance management

  • Create and monitor KPIs to ensure framework/strategy effectiveness, reporting regularly to leadership on successes and opportunities for improvement

  • Build and manage a team tasked with training, onboarding and certifying new members of the sales and account management teams

What we are looking for: 

  • 7-10 years of experience preferably with a background in learning and development focused on seller enablement or sales enablement/sales operations

  • 7-10 years of experience developing lessons/training and delivering learning content

  • 5+ years of experience developing enablement strategies including system utilization & sales process and sales methodology adoption (e.g. Challenger, MEDDPICC, KornFerry/Miller Heiman, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 

  • Significant experience using sales enablement platforms (HighSpot, Seismic, ShowPad, etc.) with a definite opinion on what 'good looks like’

  • Experience correlating learning with revenue KPIs and driving alignment to those KPIs

  • Has a passion for learning and facilitating seller success

  • Is comfortable being both a player & coach
