The Opportunity

This position works out of our Plymouth, MN location in the Structural Heart division.

Structural Heart Business Mission: why we exist:

Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.

As the Site Director, you'll have the chance lead site operations, including Engineering and Operational Excellence. You will maintain a close partnership with all functional areas both at the site and within division. This role operates in a highly regulated environment with complex design and functionality. You must be able to handle a high number of complex financial, analytical, and strategic considerations in critical decision making.

What You'll Work On

• Provide leadership, communication and coaching to employees across all functional areas, cultivating a safe environment of engagement, trust, teamwork and accountability. Engage with external third party stakeholders, including Government agencies, law makers, charitable organizations etc.
• Build organization to manage day-to-day site operations ensuring performance, quality, cost, schedule, profit and customer satisfaction targets are achieved with risks identified and mitigated and opportunities exercised.
• Attract, develop and retain a diverse qualified staff through effective training, succession planning strategies and ongoing performance feedback. Drive a culture of engagement and inclusivity throughout the organization through clear communication, collaboration and recognition.
• Manage the financial performance of the site in accordance with the planned budgets and develop strategies for capacity, capital planning and cost improvement.
• Devise strategy for site operations, aligned with overall divisional strategy.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree
• Minimum of 10 years experience in roles of increasing responsibility within a manufacturing / operations / supply chain environment is required.
• Experience of people leadership is required
