Team: Account Executive

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Strategic Accounts in United States.

This role is designed for a strategic sales leader who thrives in complex, enterprise-level environments. You will manage key accounts, build executive-level relationships, and drive the adoption of innovative technology solutions. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to navigate multifaceted sales cycles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions, influence decision makers, and exceed revenue targets. This role offers a dynamic, high-impact environment with opportunities to shape strategy, grow accounts, and contribute directly to business success while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Frequent engagement with partners, clients, and internal teams ensures a collaborative and results-driven atmosphere.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding strategic accounts, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across assigned accounts, including CIOs, CISOs, VPs, and technical teams.
  • Present technology solutions and articulate business value to multiple stakeholders, tailoring messaging to both technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to define prospecting strategies, generate qualified leads, and support pipeline development.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, ensuring accurate forecasting and diligent CRM management.
  • Deliver presentations, webinars, and in-person sessions to educate, influence, and advance opportunities.
  • Travel as required to meet clients, attend events, and support business objectives.

  • Requirements:

    • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, including generating and closing large, complex transactions.
    • Experience presenting to and engaging with C-suite executives.
    • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas in a competitive environment.
    • Strong teamwork skills, leveraging internal resources and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
    • Expertise in building and cultivating partner ecosystems to drive a partner-centric go-to-market approach.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
