We are seeking a dynamic leader to expand and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem within the B2B SaaS and AI-driven learning space. This role focuses on driving revenue through strategic alliances, developing deep relationships with key partners, and influencing executive-level stakeholders. You will lead and mentor a team of Strategic Partner Managers, shape partner programs, and directly contribute to the growth and success of the organization. This position operates in a fast-paced, innovative environment where strategic thinking, revenue focus, and collaborative execution are critical. Accountabilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Partner Managers, fostering performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Own and grow key partnerships across LMS, HR tech, and SaaS platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive measurable revenue through partner channels, participating in deals, strategy development, and executive discussions.
- Develop and evolve the partner program to scale operations, optimize partner performance, and unlock new revenue streams.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and strengthen alliance relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives and programs.
- Proven experience leading revenue-generating partnerships teams in B2B SaaS, ecosystem, or alliance roles.
- Strong background in strategic partnerships, partner program development, and ecosystem management.
- Ability to influence and engage executive-level stakeholders effectively.
- Track record of driving revenue growth through partner channels.
- Experience managing and coaching high-performing teams.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments requiring agility and strategic problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 per year, plus 30% performance-based bonus.
