• Lead and mentor a high-performing technical programs and service delivery team, ensuring strong execution across onboarding, account management, and project delivery
• Oversee internal priorities, including project reviews, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration with teams such as engineering, partnerships, and client support
• Manage strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities and driving upsell initiatives
• Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across all technical programs
• Proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical program management, IT services, or cybersecurity environments, with a strong leadership track record
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced settings
• Strong people management skills, with experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
• Expertise in client relationship management, particularly with senior stakeholders and strategic accounts
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
