Accountabilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing technical programs and service delivery team, ensuring strong execution across onboarding, account management, and project delivery
- Oversee internal priorities, including project reviews, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration with teams such as engineering, partnerships, and client support
- Manage strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities and driving upsell initiatives
- Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across all technical programs
- Proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards
- Proven experience in technical program management, IT services, or cybersecurity environments, with a strong leadership track record
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Strong people management skills, with experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
- Expertise in client relationship management, particularly with senior stakeholders and strategic accounts
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and detail-oriented mindset
