Team: Others

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Office of the CEO based in United States.

This role sits at the core of executive operations, driving the infrastructure, coordination, and execution needed to support rapid multi-market expansion. You will act as a key operational leader, ensuring that new offices, entities, and regional setups are launched smoothly and efficiently. The position blends strategic execution with hands-on operational ownership across HR, Finance, Legal, and Recruiting functions. You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to remove friction, improve processes, and scale the company’s global footprint. This is a high-impact role requiring strong execution discipline, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, high-growth environments. You will also oversee critical business operations projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery across regions. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and coordinate business operations across multiple regions, supporting international expansion and market entry initiatives
  • Oversee the setup of new offices and legal entities, ensuring compliance and operational readiness in each market
  • Manage and develop Business Operations team members, ensuring strong execution and alignment across priorities
  • Drive payroll operations, onboarding processes, and local administrative infrastructure across multiple geographies
  • Manage external vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure quality delivery and cost efficiency
  • Support recruiting operations including interview coordination, hiring workflows, and recruiter onboarding activities
  • Plan and execute company events, offsites, and operational logistics to support organizational culture and engagement
  • Track and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and resolution of operational bottlenecks
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to support scalable business growth and operational excellence
  • Requirements:

    • Experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, or similar high-ownership operational roles
    • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution discipline
    • Experience working across HR, Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and administrative or operational functions
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong bias toward action and independent decision-making
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high levels of ambiguity
    • Hands-on mindset with strong ownership and willingness to drive outcomes end-to-end
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with senior executive operations leadership roles
      • Remote-first work environment within the United States
      • Opportunity to directly support executive leadership and shape global expansion strategy
      • High-impact role with visibility across all major business functions
      • Exposure to international market expansion and multi-entity operational scaling
      • Fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership culture
      • Opportunity to build and optimize foundational operational systems at scale
      • Collaborative, high-talent-density team focused on execution and impact
