About the Role

We’re hiring a Director Organic Growth & Growth Content to lead and scale Chime’s organic growth engine across SEO AEO YouTube and owned content surfaces. This leader will define where we win what we say and how organic content drives measurable business outcomes across acquisition education and conversion.

This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Product Marketing Brand & Creative Lifecycle Paid Media and MarTech/Web to build a cohesive full-funnel content system.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $196000.00 and up to $270000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus competitive equity package and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher depending on your location skills qualifications and experience.

In this role you can expect to
  • Establish processes to ensure organic and technical SEO requirements are consistently embedded in all relevant product and web roadmaps
  • Deliver aggressive growth targets across the organic ecosystem: Google Search AI Answer Engines Social Video and Direct'
  • Own end-to-end organic growth strategy across SEO AEO YouTube web and owned channels
  • Build and scale a full-funnel content framework tied to business outcomes
  • Define organic’s role across lifecycle paid and product-led growth
  • Optimize organic landing page performance through A/B testing and CRO to maximize traffic from Search and AI channels.
  • Develop and drive a prioritized organic roadmap aligned to company goals
  • Implement AI-powered SEO/AEO workflows to improve speed and quality
  • Partner cross-functionally to to establish the content framework and deliver Chimes consumer positioning strategy
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team across SEO/AEO and content strategy
  • Ensure the MarTech stack is optimized to support organic growth goals at scale including tooling measurement and experimentation capabilities
  • Establish and drive a culture of analytical rigor using data to inform decisions measure impact and continuously improve performance
To thrive in this role you have
  • 10+ years in organic growth SEO content strategy or related fields preferably in-house direct at a brand vs agency
  • Deep expertise in modern search ecosystems (SEO AEO AI Search YouTube App stores)
  • Proven ability to build and scale full-funnel content programs tied to business impact
  • Experience owning both strategy and performance outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across PMM Brand Lifecycle Paid and MarTech/Web
  • Experience building AI-powered SEO/AEO workflows and content systems
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms experimentation and technical SEO
