This is a senior marketing leadership role focused on shaping how a global SaaS organization engages, activates, and scales its partner ecosystem. You will define the strategy for partner-facing marketing, turning complex solutions into clear, persona-driven messaging that enables partners to sell, co-market, and generate demand effectively. Operating at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Alliances, you will drive programs that directly influence pipeline creation and partner-sourced revenue. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will build scalable partner campaigns using insights, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. This is a high-impact position with direct visibility into revenue performance and partner success across global markets.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own the end-to-end partner marketing strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between partner engagement, go-to-market priorities, and revenue outcomes. You will shape how the organization communicates with its partner ecosystem and ensure all programs drive measurable impact across activation, enablement, and pipeline generation.

  • Define and lead the partner go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, persona development, and messaging frameworks
  • Develop solution-oriented narratives that enable partners to position and sell offerings effectively
  • Design and execute partner-facing campaigns aligned to pipeline goals, partner tiers, and revenue opportunities
  • Drive multi-channel campaign execution across email, webinars, digital platforms, partner portals, and field teams
  • Build scalable programs that improve partner activation, engagement, and co-selling readiness
  • Optimize partner channel strategy, ensuring consistent communication flow and effective lead management
  • Lead a high-performing partner marketing team focused on pipeline contribution and performance outcomes
  • Partner closely with Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Marketing to align strategy and execution
  • Use data, insights, and AI-driven tools to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates
  • Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking for partner marketing impact
  • Requirements:

This role requires a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing leader with deep experience in partner or channel marketing, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams at scale. You bring a strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capability and a strong understanding of how partner ecosystems drive revenue growth.

    • 12–15 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on partner, channel, or GTM strategy
    • Proven track record of building and scaling partner-facing campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline
    • Strong expertise in persona-based messaging, solution positioning, and GTM storytelling
    • Experience collaborating with Alliances, Partner Sales, Revenue Marketing, and Product Marketing teams
    • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and Power BI
    • Strong leadership presence with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shared accountability
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across senior audiences
    • AI fluency or strong willingness to integrate AI into marketing workflows and optimization
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive senior-level compensation with performance-based incentives (where applicable)
      • Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance (varies by location)
      • Paid time off and paid parental leave
      • Opportunity to lead a high-impact global partner marketing function
      • Strong focus on AI-driven innovation and modern marketing practices
      • Inclusive work culture with employee resource groups and leadership support
      • Flexible, fast-paced environment within a high-growth SaaS organization
