This role is a strategic leadership opportunity focused on shaping, governing, and optimizing a complex technology and services portfolio across multiple practices. You will define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of offerings, ensuring alignment between market demand, delivery capability, and financial performance. Acting as a central connector between practice leadership, sales, marketing, and delivery teams, you will help translate strategic vision into scalable, market-ready solutions. The position plays a key role in identifying gaps, overlaps, and opportunities across the portfolio to drive clarity and competitiveness. You will also influence go-to-market execution, enabling strong positioning of offerings across industries and customer segments. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends strategy, analytics, and execution in a fast-evolving digital services environment.
Accountabilities:
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of the solution portfolio, including current, in-flight, and future offerings
- Translate practice-level strategy into structured, market-ready offerings in collaboration with Technology Practice Directors
- Identify portfolio gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies, providing clear recommendations for optimization and rationalization
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Presales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and execution readiness
- Define and maintain a consolidated portfolio roadmap and ensure visibility across stakeholders
- Support go-to-market activities by developing messaging, collateral, demos, workshops, and customer engagement materials
- Establish and manage feedback loops with field teams to continuously improve portfolio relevance and performance
- Develop and track portfolio KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, or technology services leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong background working with technology practice leaders, product owners, or enterprise solution teams
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, delivery, marketing, and finance functions
- Deep understanding of balancing market demand, delivery feasibility, scalability, and financial outcomes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience building dashboards and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level influencing skills
- Ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments with multiple competing priorities
- Competitive salary range: 99,353 – 134,127 USD annually
