  • Influence organizational design maturity by promoting strong design thinking, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across teams.
  • Oversee team resource allocation, project prioritization, performance management, and the overall health and effectiveness of the design organization.
  • Requirements:

    • Extensive experience leading product design teams within SaaS, enterprise software, or large-scale platform environments.
    • Proven track record building and managing teams of 10+ designers and design leaders.
    • Strong expertise in simplifying complex workflows and delivering intuitive user experiences for operational or financial systems.
    • Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and emerging AI-driven user experiences.
    • Experience designing for AI-powered or agentic workflows where users interact with automated recommendations, approvals, or system-generated outputs.
    • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, accessibility standards, and modern product development processes.
    • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    • Strong prioritization, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
    • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution while driving measurable business and customer outcomes.
    • Benefits:

      • Salary range for U.S.-based candidates: $223,600 – $299,100 USD, depending on experience and location.
      • Flexible paid time off and strong support for autonomous and remote work.
      • Comprehensive onboarding, leadership development programs, and ongoing learning opportunities.
      • Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance with extensive dependent coverage options.
      • 401(k) matching program, FSA/HSA options, and telehealth memberships.
      • Family-focused benefits including parental leave, fertility assistance, surrogacy and adoption reimbursement, and maternity support services.
