This role sits at the heart of building privacy-first digital products used by millions of people worldwide. You will lead cross-functional product teams to define, shape, and deliver end-to-end product experiences that make online privacy simple, accessible, and impactful. Acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on product driver, you will guide roadmap decisions, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and ensure exceptional product quality across releases. The role blends deep product thinking with strong technical fluency, particularly in areas such as privacy, AI, and consumer-facing digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and user insights teams to translate complex problems into intuitive solutions. This is a high-ownership environment where your decisions directly influence product strategy and user trust at global scale.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the definition, prioritization, and execution of product roadmaps across key product areas, ensuring alignment with company strategy and user needs.
  • Drive end-to-end product development from discovery through launch, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous iteration based on data and user feedback.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and User Insights teams to build scalable, privacy-focused products used by large, diverse global audiences.
  • Establish clear product vision and strategy, translating complex technical concepts into simple, user-centric product solutions.
  • Use experimentation, analytics, and user research to guide product decisions and improve performance and adoption.
  • Coach and mentor product managers and cross-functional partners, raising the overall product management bar across teams.
  • Define and maintain high standards for product quality, ensuring consistency, usability, and trust across all experiences.
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 4+ years in leadership roles such as Director, Principal, or Head of Product.
    • Proven track record of owning and launching products with large-scale user bases (500k+ weekly active users).
    • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
    • Ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and make data-informed prioritization decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear product direction.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging experimentation, user feedback, and data to guide decisions.
    • High product intuition with strong ownership mentality and ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
    • Benefits

      • Annual compensation of $243,800 USD plus equity (transparent, level-based compensation structure)
      • Remote-first global work environment with flexible work arrangements
      • Paid parental leave and wellbeing support programs
      • Home office and co-working allowances to support remote work setup
      • Opportunity to work on globally scaled privacy and AI-driven consumer products
      • Strong culture of ownership, autonomy, and end-to-end product responsibility
      • Annual company gatherings and team retreats (with travel opportunities)
      • Comprehensive support for professional development and learning
