We’re looking for a Sr. Director of Product Marketing. In this highly visible role, you will be instrumental in leading our outbound demand focused product marketing team to drive alignment and execution within and between the peer product marketing, technical marketing, demand generation and corporate marketing functions.

This position requires an understanding of security, SaaS, cloud, and / or IT infrastructure. The ideal leader will drive identification of market needs, work with customers, sales, SEs, product management, and other stakeholders to evolve the ideal company and customer targets as well as articulate and develop the unique value that ExtraHop delivers across and within our buyer segments. This role encompasses leading the creation of positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, as well as tools, collateral and field training focused on the unique value that we provide in support of ExtraHop and our network of partners.

Responsibilities

•    Lead a team of product marketers responsible for the ExtraHop buyer profile, identify successful customer segments and collaborate to create strategies for growth within them.

•    Develop messaging and content that clearly articulates the value proposition of the ExtraHop products and solutions.

•    Work closely with product and technical marketing  to translate technical features into simple and compelling messaging that drives attachment and adoption rates of our solutions.

•    Create compelling content based on customer insights that resonate with our target audience, including videos, white papers, case studies, and other collateral.

•    Collaborate with marketing peers to develop campaigns and go-to-market strategies that drive expansion within our market and customer base.

•    Analyze the performance of content, messaging and marketing programs to make meaningful iterative improvements.

•    Contribute to social media, public relations and analyst relations programs, including media outreach, analyst briefings, and industry event participation.

•    Stay up-to-date on competitive intelligence and market trends, and provide guidance on how to continue to differentiate ExtraHop.

•    Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including demand generation, corporate marketing, product management, sales, presales, services and executive leadership.

•    Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for ExtraHop, representing the company at industry events and in the media as appropriate.

 

Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred.

•    10+ years of experience in leading product marketing teams in security, SaaS, cloud and/or IT infrastructure.

•    Strong understanding of enterprise B2B marketing and sales processes.

•    Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

•    Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.

•    Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.

•    Proven track record of developing messaging and content that drives business results.

•    Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and agencies.

•    Willing to travel 20% (US travel).


$162,000- $218,000 + benefits+ options
