What you’ll do:

The Director of Provider Growth Marketing will be a key leader and contributor on the marketing team, responsible for developing and driving provider recruitment campaigns, rapidly deploying brand awareness activations in new markets and strengthening impact in existing markets. You will continuously innovate to set up new sustainable and scalable omni-channel campaigns delivering high value content to core audiences,  and architecting and implementing enablement strategies/tools to position our Business Development and Market Integration team members for success.

The Director of Provider Growth Marketing will report directly to the Senior Director of Provider Growth & Experience Marketing and will work collaboratively with Marketing Leadership, Corporate Communications & Events, Business Development, Clinical Operations Leaders and Technology to execute on strategic objectives.

How you can make a difference:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain employer marketing strategies for the VillageMD and Village Medical brands. In tight collaboration with the Senior Director of Provider Growth & Experience Marketing determine the best mix of investment, programming, and tactics to drive growth and best-in-class provider experiences.
  • Rationalize ad spend and allocate investments across channels, markets, and audience groups. 
  • Collaborate with brand marketing counterparts to implement new messaging frameworks to reinforce our value proposition across markets.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and analyze differentiators across individual markets to strategically position VillageMD a premiere value-based care organization.
  • Translate VillageMD value propositions into compelling narratives used to accelerate growth initiatives.
  • Lead the marketing communication and content development. This includes agency relationship management and exploration of unique content development models.
  • Partner with your operational peers to define strategic priorities and action plan for the market leaders.
  • Own provider recruitment program data and analytics reporting. Have a clear bias toward performance marketing and understanding of “full-funnel” marketing model.

Experience to drive change:

  • 8+ years of strategic marketing experience required, including B2B models and/or employer branding.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Healthcare experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget.
  • Experience managing/directing team members required.
  • Extensive experience and deep knowledge of B2b marketing best practices, demand generation, account-based marketing, nurture programs and new lead acquisition/conversion.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience working across digital marketing channels (Organic, Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic and Paid Social) and attribution and tracking/measurement practices.
  • Experience working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment; comfortable with analytics reporting and KPI’s.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presenter and visual storyteller.
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence; can integrate with a team, engender trust, and leverage relationships to get work done.
  • Hands on approach including strong command of details.
  • An optimistic outlook and “can do” attitude.

For Colorado Residents only: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $133,000. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
