Director, Provider Sales - Central/East, USA

The Sales Director, Provider Sales will be responsible for driving the achievement of sales goals of the organization through their own direct sales efforts, selling a portfolio of MedeAnalytics’ products and services to providers (Hospitals). The primary focus of this role is participating in the strategic growth plans to further penetrate the hospital / health system marketplace across their territory. In this role, this individual will be charged with developing and managing new and existing accounts and be able to sell within all levels (especially C-level) of an organization utilizing solution selling techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and measure business problems. To be successful in this role, this individual will need to be experienced in hospital sales (specifically RCM & analytics), who is highly motivated, sales driven with a competitive drive and desire to work in Healthcare IT sales. SaaS RCM Experience required.Â
You must live in the Central/West coast region
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Develop meaningful and productive relationships with both internal colleagues and a wide array of hospital leaders across their organization
- Demonstrated and documented success selling software/SaaS solutions into large enterprises
- Draw on your experiences in a similar role to develop and nurture long-term business relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the sales process. Being their trusted advisor and MedeAnalytics evangelist
- Participate in team building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, and marketing efforts
- Maintain accurate information in our CRM tool – SFDC – including sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer information. We are a data company
Education, Experience, and Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, but not required
- 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience; Healthcare SaaS experience required
- 3+ years of SaaS experience AND RCM experience required
- Background in healthcare enterprise and/or analytics software sales experienceÂ
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours when required
- Full Sales Cycle experience.
- Consistent overachievement of sales goals. Drive for (and track record of) top tier results.
- Experienced in solution selling and trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.
- Excellent Communicator. You are articulate in your communications with C-level executives and other key stakeholders and influencers.
- Competitive Spirit. Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in MedeAnalytics’ mission. You go the extra mile.
- Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed, coachable, and resourceful.
- Market Knowledgeable. Strong market knowledge of competition, competitive issues, and products.
