A the Director of Revenue and Billing, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the revenue and billing operations of the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize revenue generation, improve billing processes, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of revenue management and billing principles.
  • Directs, manages and provides thought leadership for directors, managers, supervisors and Revenue & Billing team members.
  • Works with executive leadership to develop, direct and drive key business strategies that provide the highest level of improvement to business processes and customer service delivery.
  • Defines and drives functional performance standards and process improvement.
  • Monitors Revenue & Billing quality metrics to identify critical, systemic and other significant issues with potential business impact.
  • Addresses and resolves critical and complex business, functional and operational issues; oversees resolution of client and partner engagement and service issues.
