The Opportunity

We seek an experienced and passionate Director of Strategic Accounts to join our One Medical growth team. Reporting to our VP of Sales, you will play a critical role with the growth and marketing teams to maximize growth developing, rolling out, and managing several existing and new B2B national partnerships. 

As someone with exceptional relationship building and communication skills, you are an experienced strategic thinker, and can connect big ideas to tactical opportunities. In addition, you will leverage creative/analytical thinking skills to identify areas of growth and scale across existing and new (white space) B2B channels. You enjoy leveraging formal and informal networks built from previous experience as well as your industry knowledge to anticipate future trends and opportunities. You consistently exceed your quota, and continue to push yourself and motivate those around you. One will be set up for success if they have a demonstrated ability to set objectives and targets that align with organizational goals, while taking on new challenges with a sense of urgency, energy, and enthusiasm. This is a full time remote role based anywhere in the United States.

What you’ll likely work on:

  • Represent One Medical Seniors Health and interact with major clients nationally

  • Own the strategic management and growth plan for existing and new partner accounts, while utilizing metrics and KPIs to demonstrate efficacy and results

  • Identify innovative ways to expand relationships, especially focused on growth,  and ensure client and consumer satisfaction

  • Actively prospect, build relationships, and secure deals with large and important partners

  • Partner closely with internal teams including growth, marketing, finance, legal, and dedicated strategic account managers to ensure client success and performance 

  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to meet or exceed quota and annual growth and inform decision-making and investments across the growth team

  • Leverage relationships with consultants, brokers, and other professional networks to strengthen awareness of One Medical Seniors Health services and further innovate within this channel

What you’ll need:

  • 10+ years of professional experience with 8+ years of B2B account management or customer success experience, with experience leading teams, hiring and managing direct reports
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to build rapport and maintain strong internal and external networks

  • Ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive 

  • Strategic and determined problem solver who finds efficient ways to meet client / business needs 

  • Demonstrated track record and success in hitting or exceeding designed channel goals

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively balance competing priorities

  • Preference for experience managing and scaling distribution strategies across multiple channels

  • Preference for strategic account  management experience serving Medicare Advantage insurance carriers, agencies, and/ or value-based care provider organizations.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $129,600 to $219,000.  However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location. 

The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
