Director, Strategic Finance (Finance Business Partners)

We're looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our Strategic Finance team. The group is responsible for partnering with executives across the business to drive planning and budgeting, understand and predict forecast variances, establish KPIs and operational metrics, and perform detailed financial analyses. You will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making across the whole organization.
What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a high performing team of 8+ Finance Business Partners
• Own and enhance forecast accuracy through detailed BvAs on operating expenses and cost drivers
• Prepare close presentations, including monthly headcount reporting, opex summaries and other items for Quarterly Business Review
• Streamline consolidations and partner with accounting to support and improve month-end close process, including accruals
• Guide further development of ERP tools (Anaplan) for use by FBP team and foster continued reporting automation
• Lead process improvement initiatives to create capacity for the broader Strategic Finance Team
• Manage annual and long range planning process to ensure buy-in across various stakeholders

What We Look For

• 10+ years of experience working in FP&A in a high growth environment
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience leading and growing teams
• Experience with Adaptive, Anaplan, or other planning tool
• Comfort and familiarity with a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
