Job Description
Our Director of Talent Development will make a significant impact by creating scalable programs and strategies that elevate the talent levels at LTK. This role is responsible for leading talent development, organizational development, and people experience for the global organization. This person will lead the effort to bring our company strategy and culture to life in our talent management processes, including performance, leadership, engagement, development, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
What you’ll deliver:
- Evaluate talent development strategies and enhance our programs and processes to increase performance levels across the company.
- Create, deliver or source effective training programs for career and professional development.
- Design a strategy to train and coach leaders and managers to consistently demonstrate the qualities and behaviors required to execute our business strategy.
- Evaluate the current performance management framework and implement enhancements to reinforce our values and operating principles.
- Develop an engagement survey process and cadence to measure engagement levels. Work with leaders to create action plans across the organization.
- Oversee people experience by partnering with other HR functional areas to ensure programs and events align to employment brand.
- Stay on top of talent management trends to ensure that LTK is leading in the areas of people management and culture.
What you will bring to LTK:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field. Masters degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources preferred.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, culture and engagement.
- Experience with aligning company mission and values to People initiatives and programs.
- Experience partnering with management teams to build, coach, manage and develop teams.
- Experience with designing talent management processes and driving a high degree of change management.
- Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills - ability to have impact working at all levels - upward/downward/sideways.
