Director, Transaction Services | Hotels

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded property professional to help drive growth in one of Australia's most dynamic and active investment sectors. 

Based in Sydney and working directly with the Head of Hotels, this role offers a unique opportunity to play a leading part in Hotel transactions across Australia. You will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining trusted client relationships, leading hotel sales campaigns, and providing strategic advice to owners, investors and operators. 

As part of Collier's national Hotels platform, you will gain exposure to market-leading clients, significant transaction opportunities, and a highly collaborative team environment. The platform provides a fully integrated service offering spanning capital and middle markets, hotel asset management, operator selection, and advisory and consulting services.

What you'll bring 

• Experience in Commercial Property, Hotels, Capital Markets, investment sales, brokerage or a related advisory discipline. 
• Strong business development and relationship management capability. 
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and a genuine interest in the hotel & tourism sector. 
• Established industry networks and market credibility. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
