About the position: 

 

Reporting to the VP, Treasury, the Director, Treasury is responsible for capital market activities, global cash forecasting, corporate financing activities, bank and rating agency relations, risk management and intercompany financing.

 

What you can expect to do:

 

• Enhance and manage the regional, global and corporate direct cash flow forecasting process.

• Develop appropriate reporting and modeling capabilities required to support short-term and long-term liquidity forecasting needs working closely with corporate FP&A.

• Develop a structure to work with business partners, accounting, and FP&A to optimize working capital.

• Provide analytical support for recommendations on Capital Markets activities, working closely with external banking partners.

• Develop reporting dashboards appropriate to various stakeholders for currency fluctuations, investments, and debt markets.

• Support key relationships, including rating agencies, banking and financial institutions and senior management.

• Assist the VP of Treasury to develop and lead hedging programs to mitigate risk from currency.

• Inform leadership and other colleagues regarding current economic trends that may enhance business decisions and strategies in the department as well as the broader enterprise.

• Assist the VP of Treasury on other initiatives including but not limited to support on board related content.

• Assist with the implementation of a global cash pooling structure along with a newly established intercompany loan process.

 

What we are looking for:

 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and global treasury operations with a track record for increased responsibilities. International experience is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate a diverse and globally distributed team to produce quality results in an efficient manner and simultaneously manage multiple projects.

• Strong understanding of global treasury operations with a diverse financial background

• Able to analyze and grasp a situation quickly from different perspectives and create well-reasoned solutions. Innately comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.

• Collaborative business partner and advisor, adept in building cross-functional relationships to drive business results.

• Experience in the developing and executing efficient liquidity and capital markets strategy, cash pooling, and hedging.

• Experience in leading, guiding, or interfacing extensively with FP&A, Tax and Accounting functions.

• Proven ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.

• Experience in both public and privately owned companies with a strong desire to work in a growing and dynamic business.

• Exceptional financial competence, strong business acumen, critical thinking proficiency, and extensive experience in financial modelling

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA in Finance/Accounting and/or CPA a plus.

• Experience with Workday Financials is a plus.

• Experience with multi-national, multi-currency transactions.

 

 

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $156,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
