This is a high-impact commercial leadership role focused on driving revenue growth in the fast-evolving creator and influencer marketing space. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with Fortune 1000 brands and major agency partners, helping them unlock the value of creator-led, data-driven marketing solutions. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, deep consultative selling expertise, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping strategic partnerships and guiding clients toward scalable marketing success. Working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment, you will play a key role in expanding market presence and accelerating business growth. Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure with Fortune 1000 brands and agency partners.
  • Develop and expand strategic client relationships, driving large-scale ($1M+) and multi-year commercial agreements.
  • Educate clients on creator marketing solutions, demonstrating the value of influencer-led, data-driven campaigns across digital and social platforms.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Leverage data, insights, and platform analytics to support consultative selling and close high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies and improve client engagement approaches.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by helping clients understand best practices in creator marketing and platform capabilities.
  • Operate independently in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities and sales opportunities.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or enterprise SaaS sales targeting brand or agency clients.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing high-value deals, including contracts above $1M annually.
    • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
    • Established relationships within key verticals such as CPG, QSR, finance, healthcare, or entertainment.
    • Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital advertising ecosystems.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working in cross-functional environments and driving collaboration across teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA considered a plus.
    • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and revenue growth.
