Job Description

As a contract disputes analyst focused on client support at Array, you will play a pivotal role in improving client experience. Specifically, you will support our data furnishing product. You will need to demonstrate a keen eye for detail as you resolve disputes from many sources, ensuring clients are supported along the way via email and phone. You will be ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data furnishing processes that our clients are involved in. This is a contract opportunity (targeting 40hrs per week). 

You Will: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding consumer disputes related to credit reports.
  • Handle incoming consumer disputes promptly and professionally, ensuring timely and accurate responses in adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Guide clients through the consumer disputes investigation.
  • Maintain detailed records of all dispute activities, including correspondence, documentation, and resolution outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on how to prevent and minimize future disputes through proactive data management practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on dispute statuses, resolution progress, and any pertinent changes in dispute management procedures.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong educational background in relevant disciplines provides the foundational knowledge necessary for understanding financial transactions and data analysis in the context of dispute resolution.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data and transactions, identifying patterns, discrepancies, and anomalies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential for meticulously reviewing financial records, contracts, and transaction histories.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and focus for root cause analysis.
