Role Overview

Sodexo's Energy & Resources Segment is seeking a District (Operations) Manager to oversee and expand our prominent Energy & Resource portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in both soft and hard services, with a particular focus on hard services such as HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. A strong background in property asset management and familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is also required.

This role will be based out of Houston, TX, with 75% travel throughout the US.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic direction to uphold company mission and values while promoting best business practices.
  • Coordinate operations, performance, and quality monitoring with strong leadership, financial acumen, and analytical thinking.
  • Manage site-level financials, performance metrics, and contract renewals, addressing scope creep as needed.
  • Negotiate vendor/supplier contracts and manage labor (union) negotiations in collaboration with Sodexo Labor Relations.
