Door Installer, Technician

R&S in Hayward is a well established door and gate company seeking experienced commercial and residential door installers/technicians looking for good pay, good benefits and advancement potential. Full time positions now open. This is a great opportunity for the right individual. We are willing to train individuals with similar skills and experience. We also have openings for experienced Automatic Gate Systems and Access Control Technicians. Must work well and safely with others in a fast paced environment with little supervision. Key Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain various types of commercial doors, including automatic, manual, and security doors. • Troubleshoot and diagnose door system issues efficiently and accurately. • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred. • Proven experience in door service, repair, or installation. • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems related to commercial doors. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
