Drywall Patch Technician and Finisher

Drywall Finisher / Patching & Texture Specialist We are looking for a skilledDrywall Finisher / Patch Technicianto join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in drywall finishing, patching, and texture matching. You’ll handle a mix of small repairs, light hanging, and finishing work on residential and commercial projects. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works independently, and maintains a professional attitude on every job site. Responsibilities • Perform drywall patching, repairs, and finishing on walls and ceilings • Apply and blend textures to match existing finishes (knockdown, orange peel, Level 5, etc.) • Light hanging of drywall sheets as needed • Ensure clean, precise, and professional results on every project • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Communicate effectively with the team and clients about project needs and timelines Requirements • Minimum 3 years experience in drywall finishing and patch/repair work • Must have areliable truck/vehiclefor transportation • Must haveall required tools, including ahopper and compressor • Ability to texture match with a high degree of accuracy • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship • Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual 7 AM Daily • Ability to work independently or as part of a team Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience and skill level • Consistent work opportunities throughout Las Vegas and Boulder City • Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth • Flexible scheduling Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
