What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop content and materials
- Design, implement and support online courses
- Record instructional videos for online courses
- Develop support materials for conferences
- Provide training and other miscellaneous duties during conferences
- Work with content specialist and the curriculum manager to establish training and documentation standards related to online courses and client onboarding
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate will have…
- Knowledge of the Head Start Program Performance Standards and PIR forms preferred
- Able to handle multiple tasks with respect to due dates
- Effectively communicate to team members and management
- Use required software to perform assigned duties
- Travel three times a year to perform essential duties for company sponsored conferences
- E-learning Specialist are responsible for developing training that addresses data management for Head Start grantees. To do this well, you must:
- Become familiar with the Head Start Program Performance Standards and other governance resources
- Remain current with the latest set of regulations and reports required of grantees
- Develop engaging training that addresses software functionality and benefits
- Produce training content within the provided timelines

Location
This position can be remote or based in our Atlanta, GA office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs.Date Posted
