  • Lead cross-functional campaign alignment processes while partnering with marketing, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct ongoing analytics reviews, performance reporting, and testing initiatives to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 5 years in an eCommerce or direct-to-consumer environment.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and eCommerce platform management.
    • Proven expertise across digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and performance marketing.
    • Demonstrated success creating and managing integrated eCommerce campaigns within B2C or DTC businesses.
    • Deep understanding of eCommerce operations, customer acquisition strategies, and digital sales ecosystems.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
    • Previous experience owning or contributing to P&L management and financial performance tracking.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Self-motivated and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary range of $110,000 – $130,000
