What is PerfectDraft?
PerfectDraft is the ultimate in-home beer experience. Our machine cools beer to a perfectly-chilled consistent temperature. There are more than 40 beers available to serve with PerfectDraft from craft beers to Belgian Classics, Classic German Lagers to fruity brews. All served how the brewer intended.
PerfectDraft is at the forefront of eCommerce, technology and brewing. Our strategy has been to launch and grow the PerfectDraft brand, product range and customer base via our own Direct to Consumer eCommerce stores globally. These stores include Beer Hawk (UK), Hopt (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden) and SaveurBiere (France). We have created a pioneering and sustainable returns loop from breweries to consumers, and back again.

About the Role
Location:
This position can sit remotely within the United States, but will require regular travel to our Miami, Florida office.
The eCommerce Growth Manager for PerfectDraft will be responsible for driving the growth of PerfectDraft's online and offline sales through the development and execution of effective ecommerce strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, experience with marketplaces (ideally alcohol marketplaces like Drizzly / GoPuff) and a proven track record of driving online and offline sales growth. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel ecommerce strategy to drive online and offline sales growth
- Monitor and analyze key ecommerce metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue to identify opportunities for improvement
- Optimize product listings and website content to improve search visibility and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute targeted campaigns to drive online and offline sales
- Identify and explore new ecommerce channels and partnerships to expand PerfectDraft's online and offline presence
- Build a customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve PerfectDraft's ecommerce performance
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably in a growth or marketing role
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Proven track record of driving online and offline sales growth
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and how to optimize for conversion
- Experience with Amazon and other marketplaces
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus
